Founded in 1983 by Sam Walton currently has 600 stores in the US, 173 outside Bentonville, Arkansas. Their Logo containing their founders' name, "Sams," with the 1993 variation being contained in a twisted square with the word sams titled a bit to be inviting, but the unbalanced shape of the square brings attention to the 2006 version, which had two interlacing tilted squares at the top, inspired by a variation of the 1993 version with a serif Sam's being the header in a serif font and club in a sans Serif font and the current version of the logo is simplified version of the 1993 having only the outlines from the intelanced square from the 1993 square sams club is know for its Wholesale products meaning bulk purchases meaning less trips as well as its Members mark
